RETURNS POLICY:

If the delivered product is faulty, defective or damaged, please contact us within 72 hours. Your product may be eligible for the refund or replacement depending on the product category and the Conditions mentioned below.

In case of problems related to the appliances occurring after the allocated return time, you may be referred to the respective service centres.

CONDITIONS:

The product must be unused and must be without any tampering.

The product must contain its original accessories, warranty cards, user literature and original tags.

The product must be returned in its original packaging with its shipping label attached.

If a product is returned to us in an inappropriate or inadequate manner, we have and reserve the right to sent it back to you.

WHY SHOULD YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT?

If a product delivered to you is apparently damaged,

If a product delivered to you seems different / incomplete or incorrect as shown on the website.

REFUNDS POLICY:

If your product qualifies the above mentioned Conditions,  your refund would be made.
